We have received news from our government liaison in Maputo, that there still has been no resolution regarding the visa increase, even following a meeting with the Minister. They are pushing the matter with contacts at the Ministry of Interior and the Head of Immigration as well as various other government officials in order to start realising a possible solution for this matter and we will keep you updated on their progress. Presently, however, it is only in Mavalane (Maputo Airport), Ressano Garcia (Komatipoort border) as well as Immigration Headquarters that the new fees are being implemented and nowhere else in the country, as yet.
